Reward Program FAQs
If you aren’t a member of our Loyalty Program, you are missing out! To sign up, just make sure you give us your cell number when you check out at any of our locations. If you are paying using our Square Terminal, you can sign up yourself using the handheld device.
Each time you make a purchase you earn “points”. When those points reach 40, you get a “reward”. Our reward is one free drink!
When you make a purchase with your credit card and then we enter your phone number, each time you use that credit card, our system remembers you so you don’t have to give us your phone number each time.
Each time you give us a different card it will ask you for the phone number the first time. After that, easy peasy.
No, we only see the last four digits.
Cash is Cool. Our baristas should ask you for your phone number if you pay by cash, but if they forget or it’s busy, feel free to remind them.
If you forgot to give the barista your cell number when paying buy cash, you can always email us and we will add the points for you.
Yes, your points will expire – but not for 6 MONTHS! So if you visit us often, it’s highly unlikely your points will expire.
If you earn a free drink, you will receive a text that lets you know. You may also get texts that tell you how many points you earned that session. You can control if you want to receive texts.
However, if you don’t know or you don’t remember, just ask the barista and they can look it up for you.
Just tell the barista BEFORE you pay and they will enter your phone number. Always good to first tell us what you want so we can make your order, then tell the barista you have a reward, then pay.
If any of those 40 points that qualified you for a reward were older than 6 months, then the reward would fall off – but let’s say you lost 6 points, it would just take you down to 34 and wouldn’t be long before you got your next free drink.

You’ll also receive a special reward near your birthday each year. Unused points expire after 90 days.
