How do I sign up for Exit 11 Coffee’s Reward Program:

Why sign up? What do I get?

Each time you make a purchase you earn “points”. When those points reach 40, you get a “reward” our reward is worth $3.00 off your next purchase.

How does your program know who I am?

When you make a purchase with your credit card and then we enter your phone number, each time you use that credit card, our system remembers you so you don’t have to give us your phone number each time.

What if I use a different credit card each time?

Each time you give us a different card it will ask you for the phone number the first time. After that easy peasy.

Can Exit 11 see my credit card number?

No, we only see the last four digits.

What if I pay by cash?

Cash is Cool. Our baristas should ask you for your phone number if you pay by cash, but if they forget or it’s busy, feel free to remind them.

If you forgot to give the barista your cell number when paying buy cash, you can always email us and we will add the points for you.

Do rewards or points expire?

Yes, your points will expire – but not for 6 MONTHS! So if you visit us often, it’s highly unlikely your points will expire.

How do I know I got a reward?

If you earn a $3 off, you will receive a text that lets you know. You may also get texts that tell you how many points you earned that session. You can control if you want to receive texts.

However, if you don’t know or you don’t remember, just ask the barista and she can look it up for you.

How to I redeem the reward?

Just tell the barista BEFORE you pay and she will enter your phone number. Always good to first tell us what you want so we can make your order, then tell the barista you have a reward, then pay.

I had a reward for $3 off but then it disappeared. What happened?

If any of those 40 points that qualified you for a reward were older than 6 months, then the reward would fall off – but let’s say you lost 6 points, it would just take you down to 34 and wouldn’t be long before you got your next $3 off.

How do I get my birthday pastry?

Make sure we have your email address.

You’ll also receive a special reward near your birthday each year. Unused points expire after 90 days.  

What’s this Boss Club that I keep hearing about?

Once you reach a certain number of visits, you will be notified via text that you are now part of the Boss Club and you will get more rewards and discounts. This is for the really, really frequent visitor. Some people get to Boss Club status in 4 years, some get there in a year…
