The Exit 11 Crew Takes on the 2025 Specialty Coffee Expo ☕🌎

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of bringing several members of the Exit 11 Coffee crew to Houston for one of the most anticipated events in the industry—the Specialty Coffee Expo 2025—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! 

Hosted by the Specialty Coffee Association, this global gathering brought together thousands of coffee professionals from 89 countries and featured over 600 vendors showcasing the latest in coffee innovation, equipment, and artistry. From the moment we stepped onto the vibrant show floor, we were immersed in a world of flavor, creativity, and inspiration. 

We had the chance to catch up with some of our trusted vendors, discover cutting-edge brewing tech, sample game-changing products, and connect with coffee growers, roasters, and creators from around the globe. But hands down, one of the best parts of the experience was being there as a team—learning together, sharing ideas, and soaking up the energy of the specialty coffee community. 

We asked a few of our team members to share their biggest takeaways from the trip, and here’s what they had to say:

We walked away with fresh ideas, new connections, and exciting possibilities for what’s ahead at Exit 11.”
